Ian’s broad range of construction and property experience has seen him involved from inception, through construction, management and finally disposal. During 22 years in the construction and property industry, Ian has been involved in a large range of project types across a multitude of industries. Recent emphasis has been in the Education and Health fields as well as commercial property trusts. With his previous company Ian was responsible for the delivery of asset management solutions for large international property trusts and providing online solutions.
