Commercial negotiations in relation to major developments and commercial property
Business management, including 5 years as partner/principal of a project management company and start up manager of Freyssinet Australia
Executive level analysis, documentation and decision-making, with 10 years reporting to Boards in the private sector and Government

Project delivered in a challenging financial and political environment, and has been recognised as a landmark project for its structure, size and delivery methodology
Retained by Health Infrastructure as advisor to the current Project Director for assisting in the resolution of major variations and for conducting program reviews

A/Director of the Major Projects Office (MPO), with overall responsibility for delivering NSW Health’s major capital works program of 35 projects, valued in excess of $2.5b

Engaged by NSW Treasury as Government’s representative and principal negotiator responsible for the negotiation to Financial Close of two major PPP projects - $220m
New Schools Project (2) – 10 new primary and secondary schools plus 25 year NSW Treasury representative on the Special Number Plate Concession Project - $500m
