Nicole has recently joined Procure Group from the Transport Construction Authority where she held the role of Procurement Process Manager.
TRANSPORT CONTRUCTION AUTHORITY— PROCUREMENT PROCESS MANAGER—2006 - 2010
Nicole has taken a lead role in a number of areas within the Transport Construction Authority (TCA) Procurement Team, preparing tender documentation, interfacing with suppliers, managing all facets of the tender assessments process and management of the tender support team. Nicole was also responsible for providing training and advice to TCA personnel and partners in relation to governance, probity and procurement process requirements. Nicole has also acted as a procurement advisor to Sydney Metro Authority whilst on secondment from TCA.
TENDER PROCESS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Nicole has managed the assessment of over 50 major infrastructure and professional services tenders for the TCA, including:
- Macarthur Station Upgrade Project Construction Contract - Multi-Stage Tender
- Liverpool Turnback Project Signalling Subcontractor
- Liverpool Turnback Project Managing Contractor – Multi-Stage Tender
- Glenfield South Substation Construction Contract
- Glenfield to Leppington Rail Line D&C Contract Registration of Interest
- Multiple tenders for professional services including engineering, environmental, legal, cost and commercial consultancy services.
Nicole was also part of the process management team for the Glenfield to Leppington Rail Line D&C tender process. Nicole’s responsibilities during the assessment process included drafting of evaluation methodologies, management of external advisors, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, chairing evaluation meetings, facilitating discussion during assessment meetings, conducting reference checks, drafting recommendation reports, proving probity advice and ensuring that the process was conducted in accordance with TCA and State Procurement Policy.
