Our Team

Each member of the Procure team is a highly experienced professional. Our team’s experience includes completing over 600 probity, procurement and governance related engagements. This vast and varied experience enables Procure to provide sensible and pragmatic advice in a highly efficient and effective manner.

Warwick Smith

Warwick's direct experience in providing probity services to the NSW Government is exceptional. He has worked full-time as a Probity Adviser for the past 13 years and has managed in excess of 600 probity and governance service engagements.

JOHN MILLIKEN

Over the last 20 years he has specialised in the development of relationships with Government and associated Authorities and has had extensive involvement in a significant number of major Government projects.

VIC BAUERIS

Vic has extensive experience in the fields of corruption prevention and investigation, probity auditing and advice, business planning, governance and training.

PETER EXTON

Peter is a highly experienced Probity Auditor/Adviser and procurement specialist having been engaged in senior procurement positions within Government and having been responsible for completing all field work and report writing for over 60 review processes.

CATHERINE BOARDMAN

Catherine has been engaged as a Probity Auditor/Adviser for the past 9 years. She has completed in excess of 100 engagements including PPP, Alliance, D&C and traditional procurement approaches.

IAN BADDOCK

Ian’s broad range of construction and property experience has seen him involved in major projects from inception, through construction, management and finally disposal.

JOHN ARMSTRONG

Experienced project and business development executive specialising in structuring organisations and building teams, business development, including marketing, bidding, project initiation, design and development management, contracting strategy, negotiation and procurement of capital works and services agreements.

Nicole Munday

Nicole is a procurement process specialist. She has extensive major infrastructure experience and has managed over fifty tenders in this field. Nicole joins Procure from the NSW Transport Construction Authority where she performed the full spectrum of procurement management and advisory services.
