
Catherine Boardman - Manager, Probity
Probity advisory experience - Catherine has worked for the past 18 years providing probity and governance advisory services to government agencies – as a probity advisor for the past 11 years and as an ICAC Senior Corruption Prevention Officer for the prior 7 years.
She has completed in excess of 200 probity advisory engagements, including projects that have used PPP, Alliance, D&C, managing contractor and traditional procurement approaches. A number of these projects have been standard setting in establishing probity risk management processes.
Major infrastructure – Catherine has been responsible for managing complex probity issues on major infrastructure projects for TfNSW, Australian Rail Track Corporation and RMS.
Independent Commission Against Corruption - While at the ICAC, Catherine provided probity advice to a broad range of NSW government agencies and authored or co-authored publications including:
